Lead by example in bringing agility into software development by following agile best practices. Be a liaison between development manager and the scrum team. Coach/mentor team, eliminate the impediments. Manage the stakeholders, partner to develop roadmap, releases / milestones, and be accountable to the delivery. Develop frameworks, designs, data models, architecture diagrams etc., document, communicate within and outside the team. Ensure best engineering standards are followed by team including DevOps and SRE. Be the second level reviewer for the application design and implementation. Provide inputs, review the test plans and test cases for adequate coverage to ensure the product quality. Be accountable for the releases to go smoothly. Be single point of contact for production incidents at L3 level, troubleshoot, perform root cause analysis, resolve issues permanently. Ensure sprint deliverables are met. Adjust the capacity and still be hands-on in addressing the stories as developer.
