About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to join our healthcare technology team supporting Point of Care and Patient Management solutions. This is a remote opportunity to work on impactful applications that improve patient outcomes and provide efficiency. In this role, you will: · Design and develop cross-platform applications using J2EE Full Stack technologies, Angular, React, NodeJS, and JavaScript. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment to deliver innovative software solutions tailored to the provider domain. · Lead and contribute to the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, architecture, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance. · Ensure high performance and responsiveness of applications by implementing best practices in JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and modern front-end frameworks. · Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to ensure code quality, scalability, and maintainability. · Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve application functionality and user experience.

Requirements

• Strong experience in JAVA / J2EE Full Stack development
• Proficiency in Angular and/or React
• Solid knowledge of NodeJS and JavaScript
• Expertise in HTML/CSS and responsive design principles

• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare IT environment.
