About The Position

At Revolution, we’re transforming the plastics industry by improving recycling processes and reducing environmental waste. As a Full Stack Developer Intern, you’ll work on real-world projects that enhance operational efficiency and sustainability, gain hands-on experience across frontend and backend development, and receive mentorship from experienced engineers. This 10–12 week paid internship is an ideal opportunity to develop your skills in full stack development, data analytics, reporting, and process improvement while contributing to solutions that have real-world impact.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
• Completed at least 2 years of college coursework
• Minimum GPA of 3.0
• Familiarity with web and mobile development technologies
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Enthusiasm for learning and contributing to a fast-paced, mission-driven team

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on UI/UX improvements for our applications, including PFPU, Driver, and Dispatcher interfaces
• Develop backend services using REST API design principles
• Write and optimize SQL database queries for performance and accuracy
• Test and validate new features across web and mobile applications
• Work with development tools such as Git, Azure, Sentry, and PostHog
• Gain exposure to both frontend and backend systems while contributing to sustainable solutions in manufacturing
