About The Position

UDT is a technology enabler that helps clients in major industries evaluate, architect, provide, secure, and manage technology on the go, in the rack and in the cloud. UDT provides technical, professional, cyber security and managed services. We are looking for a Full Stack Developer Intern to join our software development team and assist in building, enhancing, and maintaining web-based applications. This role offers hands-on experience across both front-end and back-end development, working closely with experienced engineers on real-world projects. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, curious about how systems work end-to-end, and comfortable collaborating in a fast-paced, Agile environment. This position is located in Miramar, FL.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • Understanding of core programming concepts and data structures
  • Basic experience with at least one back-end language or framework (TypeScript, Python, Node.js, C#, etc.)
  • Familiarity with REST APIs and client-server architecture
  • Willingness to learn new tools, frameworks, and technologies

Nice To Haves

  • Exposure to modern JavaScript frameworks (Angular preferable)
  • Familiarity with databases (SQL or NoSQL)
  • Experience using Azure
  • Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Personal projects, coursework, or internships related to full stack development

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and maintaining full stack web applications
  • Work on both front-end user interfaces and back-end services or APIs
  • Collaborate with developers, product owners, and QA to deliver features
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
  • Help debug, test, and resolve application issues
  • Participate in code reviews and sprint ceremonies
  • Support database design, data modeling, and basic performance tuning
  • Contribute to technical documentation
