RCH Solutions is seeking an AWS Full Stack Developer with strong experience in building and maintaining integrations across cloud-based solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with our Product Owner and Solutions Architect to design, develop, and deploy integrations using AWS services—primarily API Gateway , Lambda , and supporting DevOps components. This role focuses heavily on connecting with third-party SaaS applications and implementing scalable, secure, and maintainable integration patterns.

  • Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs using AWS API Gateway and AWS Lambda.
  • Build integrations with commercial/third-party SaaS platforms (with occasional internal system integrations).
  • Develop both synchronous and asynchronous integration workflows.
  • Implement serverless best practices, including logging, monitoring, security, and performance optimization.
  • Collaborate with architects and product owners to clarify requirements—no domain knowledge required.
  • Work with AWS DevOps tooling (e.g., CloudFormation, CDK, CodePipeline, SAM, Terraform) to support CI/CD and infrastructure automation.
  • Ensure solutions follow architectural standards, governance, and compliance requirements.
  • Troubleshoot, test, and maintain integration solutions to ensure strong performance and reliability.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer , Backend Developer , or Cloud Developer with a focus on AWS.
  • Strong hands-on experience with: AWS Lambda (Node.js, Python, or similar) API Gateway IAM , CloudWatch , SQS , SNS , EventBridge
  • Proficiency building RESTful APIs using JSON-based payloads.
  • Experience integrating with SaaS platforms via APIs, webhooks, or event-driven architectures.
  • Solid understanding of serverless application design patterns.
  • Experience with DevOps and IaC (CloudFormation, CDK, SAM, Terraform, or similar).
  • Strong debugging, testing, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced and agile environments.
  • Prior experience working in the Life Sciences industry
  • Experience with async patterns (queues, events, streaming)
  • Familiarity with micro services and distributed system concepts
  • Knowledge of API authentication standards (OAuth 2.0, JWT, API keys)
  • Experience with Docker, containerization, or additional AWS services is a plus
  • Full-stack experience (frontend skills optional but beneficial).
