About The Position

Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical Developer with strong experience in front-end and back-end technologies, cloud environments, and secure system design. This role involves working on complex development projects, contributing to cloud migration initiatives, and ensuring compliance with data security standards. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Angular (front-end) and Java (back-end) Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions in an Agile environment Support and contribute to cloud migration initiatives , particularly in Microsoft Azure Apply system thinking to analyze and solve complex technical challenges Ensure application security and compliance with industry and organizational standards Work with network/infrastructure components to support application performance and reliability Handle and safeguard sensitive data, including ITAR-controlled information , in compliance with regulations Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement practices Required Qualifications Strong experience in Angular and Java development Solid understanding of networking and infrastructure concepts Experience with Azure cloud services and migration projects Knowledge of application and data security best practices Exposure to or experience with ITAR data and compliance requirements Proven ability to work on complex system development projects Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience working within an Agile framework (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) Must be a US Citizen (as defined by ITAR regulations) Preferred Qualifications Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines Familiarity with microservices architecture Prior experience in regulated industries (defense, aerospace, etc.) Key Competencies Systems thinking and big-picture analysis Strong communication and collaboration skills Attention to detail and commitment to quality Adaptability in fast-paced, evolving environments Only shortlisted candidates are going to be contacted Benefits: Paid sick leave, Medical/Dental (optional), 401 (k) Retirement Plan (optional), Employer Paid Life Insurance, Employer Paid Short Term Disability, Optional Life Insurance. Requirements

Strong experience in Angular and Java development
Solid understanding of networking and infrastructure concepts
Experience with Azure cloud services and migration projects
Knowledge of application and data security best practices
Exposure to or experience with ITAR data and compliance requirements
Proven ability to work on complex system development projects
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience working within an Agile framework (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
Must be a US Citizen (as defined by ITAR regulations)

Nice To Haves
