About The Position

DCS Corp is looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our team at the Air Force Operational Test and Evaluation Center (AFOTEC) at Nellis Air Force Base, NV.

Requirements

• Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
• A Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline plus 12 years of experience is required.
• Active Top Secret with SCI eligibility.
• Proficiency in front-end development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with front-end frameworks such as React or Vue.
• Strong back-end development skills in JavaScript (Node.js), Java, and Python.
• Experience with backend frameworks like Express.
• Expertise in working with SQL and NoSQL databases such as MySQL and MongoDB.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain front-end applications using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Utilize modern front-end frameworks such as React and Vue to build responsive and interactive user interfaces.
• Design and implement server-side logic using JavaScript, Java, and Python.
• Build and maintain backend systems with Node.js and Express.
• Work with relational and non-relational databases including SQL, NoSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement new features.
• Ensure the scalability, security, and performance of web applications.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Debug and troubleshoot issues across the full stack.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
