  • Design and implement Kubernetes and cloud native services and applications
  • Documenting, maintaining, and validating work products
  • Participate in retrospectives, collect global lessons learned and lead continuous improvement Kanban
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or STEM field; Computer science preferred.
  • 5+ years' experience in a software development environment
  • Programming experience with a modern language such as C#, Java, Python, PHP, JavaScript, MongoDB, Express, Angular.js, Node.js, GraphQL, C++
  • Experience with working within an Agile (especially SAFe based) development process
  • Legal authorization to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future.
  • Experience with Cloud native technology stack
  • Experience with containerization technology such as Kubernetes and Docker
  • Experience with event streaming frameworks such as Kafka
  • Experience operating with DevSecOps CI/CD automation environments in an active platform
  • Experience developing software in an organization using the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe 4.0 or SAFe 4.5)
  • An understanding of or experience with Process Control or Distributed Control Systems
  • Experience in the development of control systems, avionics, or other near-real time information control systems
  • Proficient in Azure DevOps, SharePoint and SQL
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and strong ability to influence others
  • Very strong analytical skills
  • Ability to travel occasionally (domestically)
