About The Position

The Full-Stack Software Engineer will develop, modernize, and maintain enterprise applications within a federal government program, working as part of a cross-functional Agile development team. This is a fully remote position; however, the role is tied to the Washington, DC Metro area due to team requirements. Occasional in-person meetings may be required. An in-person interview will be required, and candidates must reside within 50 miles of the Washington, DC Metro Area to be considered. This position requires that the job be performed in the United States. If you accept this position, note that ICF monitors employee work locations, blocks access from foreign locations/foreign IP addresses, and prohibits personal VPN connections.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and possibly .NET.
• Experience in CI/CD environments leveraging Azure Cloud and GitLab.
• Must be a US citizen due to US government contract requirements.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust.
• Must reside in the United States and perform work in the United States.
