Role Overview We are seeking a highly experienced Full Stack Architect with deep expertise in React and modern web technologies to lead architecture and development for enterprise-scale digital platforms. The role requires strong leadership, hands-on technical skills, and the ability to collaborate across distributed teams.

  • Define and lead front-end architecture for React-based applications.
  • Design scalable, modular, and reusable component libraries.
  • Collaborate with UX designers, backend developers, and AEM architects for cohesive solutions.
  • Build and maintain front-end components using React, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3.
  • Integrate front-end code with backend APIs and AEM components.
  • Use tools like Storybook for UI component development and testing.
  • Work with Java/Spring Boot or Node.js for backend services.
  • Ensure seamless integration with APIs and cloud services.
  • Optimize for accessibility, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Manage dependencies and ensure security and stability.
  • Mentor teams, enforce best practices, and drive technical excellence.
  • Coordinate with offshore teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong proficiency in React, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3.
  • Experience with AEM integration and modern web frameworks.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
  • 10+ years in full stack development, with at least 3 years in an architect role.
  • Proven ability to lead distributed teams and manage complex projects.
  • Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Prior experience in insurance or regulated industries preferred.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Experience Cloud (AEM, Analytics, Target).
  • Exposure to Angular as a secondary skill.
