Requirements

  • 4–8 years of full stack and/or AI engineering experience (startup or growth-stage preferred)
  • Experience building and shipping AI-driven personalization or loyalty systems
  • Hands-on experience with Firebase, React Native, Google Cloud ecosystem
  • Prior exposure to CRM-based data flows (Segment, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with recommendation algorithms, reinforcement learning, or consumer marketing tech

Responsibilities

  • Lead the technical implementation of REAL.AI, Gesture’s consumer intelligence engine - including data modeling, predictive algorithms, and personalized recommendation pipelines.
  • Architect and build loyalty program infrastructure that ties user behaviors (send frequency, engagement, referrals, redemption patterns) to tangible rewards and predictive engagement cycles.
  • Collaborate with the mobile team (React Native) to implement AI-driven personalization across feeds, notifications, and product recommendations.
  • Develop and integrate API layers between Firebase, Zoho CRM, Segment, Voucherify, and Gesture’s internal data warehouse (GCP).
  • Build scalable backend services that support dynamic campaigns, A/B tests, and loyalty redemptions.
  • Partner cross-functionally with data science, marketing, and product design to translate consumer behavior into actionable features.
  • Optimize performance, ensure data integrity, and design systems for scalability across millions of users and transactions.
