About The Position

We're seeking a Full Stack AI Engineer to build and enhance our next-generation
enterprise SaaS applications that leverage advanced generative AI and large
language models. You'll work at the intersection of modern enterprise SaaS and
cutting-edge AI, creating seamless, intelligent solutions that transform
financial back office operations.

Requirements

• BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• 0–2 years of professional or substantive internship/project experience in full-stack development
• Familiarity of Python and/or Node.js (TypeScript)
• Basic understanding of REST APIs and client-server architecture
• Exposure to SQL databases and fundamental data modeling concepts
• Interest in or academic exposure to AI/ML concepts, particularly NLP and generative AI
• Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn in a fast-moving environment

Nice To Haves

• Experience with AI model deployment and optimization in production environments
• Proficient with prompt engineering and LLM fine-tuning concepts
• Familiarity with vector databases and embedding-based applications
• Background in FinTech or enterprise software development
• Demonstrated experience in championing the use of AI tools and practices to enhance development productivity and code quality
• MS in Computer Science or related field

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain frontend components using React.js that power AI-driven user experiences
• Build and extend backend services in Python and/or Node.js (TypeScript) supporting AI model interactions and data processing
• Create, document, and maintain RESTful APIs connecting frontend applications with AI and data services
• Write clean, well-tested code with solid unit and integration test coverage
• Work with SQL and NoSQL databases to support data access and retrieval for AI-powered features
• Collaborate with ML engineers to integrate AI models and LLM capabilities into production features
• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and agile ceremonies
• Assist with CI/CD pipeline maintenance and deployment workflows
• Debug, troubleshoot, and improve the performance of existing features across the stack
