This role will encompass the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and attracting top talent to managing client relationships and closing placements. The ideal candidate will have strong experience recruiting for hands-on skilled trades roles (e.g., machinists, welders, CNC operators) as well as higher-level leadership positions (e.g., Plant Managers, Quality Directors, Production Supervisors).
