About The Position

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Operate Micros computer terminal. Collect payment from guests. Assume responsibility for cash control. Balance cash drawer. Assist with food and beverage preparation. Serve all food and beverage products to guests. Maintain portion control. Maintain current product knowledge. Utilize proper rotation techniques. Adhere to safety procedures. Stock products as needed. Keep all areas clean and organized. Utilize proper sanitization techniques. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

Ability to be dependable and self-motivated.
Ability to maintain a consistently high level of performance.
Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of proper safety and sanitization practices.
Basic food preparation skills.
Good coordination and awareness.
Sensitivity to various cultures, including Native American cultures.
Regular attendance and punctuality.
Able and willing to work any changes in scheduled hours as required.
Serve as a credit to Jackpot Junction Casino Hotel, and encourage others to do the same.
Mobility throughout the facility.
Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
Ability to move quickly.
