We are looking for a Full Cycle Recruiter to own hiring across our business (non-technical) functions. This includes roles across Product and G&A. You will partner directly with functional leaders and our growing recruiting team to define hiring priorities, pressure test profiles, and close high impact talent in competitive markets. This is not a coordination role. You will run point on some of the most business critical hires at the company and help shape how Brain Co. scales beyond engineering. Recruiting is treated as a strategic function here. You will be expected to bring judgment, data, and clear recommendations to the table.
