About The Position

We are seeking a Full Cycle Account Executive with experience in automotive staffing or dealership sales to own the entire sales process—from prospecting to close and ongoing account management. This is a high-impact, growth-focused role with the opportunity to dominate entire markets through our specialized focus on Automotive Marketing and Data

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Full Cycle Account Executive (sourcing, demos, closing, account management)
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Ability to understand and explain technical or technology-driven solutions
  • Experience in the automotive dealership industry or related automotive fields
  • Documented history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
  • Initiative-taking, organized, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle: source leads, conduct demos, negotiate, close, and manage accounts
  • Identify and engage prospective automotive dealership clients
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with dealership decision makers
  • Manage a pipeline and consistently exceed sales targets
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful client onboarding and retention
  • Provide ongoing support and strategic guidance to client
