About The Position

The Full Charge Bookkeeper at Pressler, Felt & Warshaw LLP is responsible for overseeing and managing the bookkeeping department. This role includes handling accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, payroll, and journal entries, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a full charge bookkeeper
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting preferred
• ADP experience preferred
• Acomba experience preferred
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills preferred

Responsibilities

• Debt Collection and Trust Account knowledge
• Full cycle accounts payable
• Accounts receivable including collections
• Bank Reconciliations
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Depreciation
• Journal entries including accruals
• Reporting for upper management
• Ad hoc duties as needed
