About The Position
This position reports to the Director of Accounting and supports the firm Business Advisors. It requires expertise and proven skills in small business startups, bookkeeping, payroll, and tax reporting services. The ideal candidate will be able to perform full-charge bookkeeping duties, such as designing charts of accounts and financial reports for a wide range of business enterprises, analyzing transactions, and interacting with clients. This individual must be highly skilled in QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, and be highly organized, detail-oriented, accurate and proactive in their approach to work. Effective communication and customer service skills, and a pleasant demeanor are necessary in this position.
