Innovative Home Services —a family-owned remodeling and restoration company with ~40 team members and two growing businesses—is hiring a Full-Charge Bookkeeper / Accounting Manager to own and manage all aspects of our financial operations. Requirements

• QuickBooks Online
• Microsoft Excel
• 10-key by touch
• Strong understanding of GAAP
• Ability to analyze financial statements and clearly communicate findings

Responsibilities

• Data entry & journal entries
• Accounts Receivable — processing deposits weekly
• Accounts Payable — bi-weekly check runs
• Processing credit card transactions
• Opening and organizing mail, renewals, and notices
• Vendor & customer communication
• Payroll information collection & submission (PEO-assisted)
• Benefits administration
• 1099 preparation
• Quarterly advance tax payments
• Monthly sales tax returns (for 2 companies)
• Bank and credit card reconciliations
• Prepare financial statements & cashflow metrics
• General ledger management and coding
• Month-end close
• Maintain paperless filing systems
• Provide documentation for workers’ comp audits
• Support outside CPA requests
• Executive administrative tasks as needed
• Human Resources support where required
