Responsibilities

  • Enter data from project pay applications
  • Create checks for weekly expenses and vendor payments
  • Review contracts for new customer projects
  • Prepare project P & L reports with labor and material costs
  • Maintain all financial reports for weekly meetings, quarterly financial reviews, and annual tax preparation
  • Oversee GL, Auto, & WC Insurance Annual Audit
  • Oversee weekly payroll, quarterly reports, & garnishment schedules
  • Onboard and offboard employees
