About The Position

VP Racing is seeking a full-time Fulfillment Warehouse Worker to join our high-performance team. This role is based at our warehouse location (Elmendorf, TX) and is a vital part of our day-to-day operations, ensuring that our products move efficiently, safely, and accurately from storage to shipping and everything in between. As a Warehouse Worker, you’ll assist with shipping and receiving, unloading trucks, organizing inventory, fulfilling orders, and helping maintain a clean, safe workspace. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic to thrive in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and speed are everything. If you’re a reliable team player who takes pride in a job well done and isn’t afraid to get your hands dirty, we want you on our team! This position is for our first shift: 6:00 A.M. - 3:00 P.M.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• The ideal candidate must be extremely organized and able to manage the logistics of multiple duties with professionalism and strong communication skills.
• strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment is critical for success in the role, as are high levels of accuracy, timeliness and dependability.
• We are looking for someone who can establish and maintain effective working relationships within the organization, work effectively with all levels of employees and management, and assist in providing solutions to challenges that arise.

Responsibilities

• Follow all VP Racing safety policies and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Pick, pack, label, and prepare products accurately for shipment.
• Receive and verify incoming shipments against documentation.
• Palletize, wrap, strap, and stage finished product for outbound orders.
• Perform RF-Smart/NetSuite transactions related to picking, shipping, and inventory.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely, including forklifts if certified.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure order accuracy and proper labeling.
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory verification as assigned.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Communicate effectively with team members to meet fulfillment deadlines.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support fulfillment operations.
