Requirements

• A reliable team player with a strong work ethic.
• Good communication skills (read, write, and comprehend English).
• Ready to learn and grow through on-the-job training.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.
• A High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Physically able to handle the demands of a fast-paced warehouse environment, including lifting up to 35 lbs frequently and working in various temperatures.

Nice To Haves

• Forklift/chariot certification is a bonus

Responsibilities

• Pick & Pack: Use scanners and team communication to accurately pull and prepare orders.
• Ship Shape: Tag, wrap, and secure orders for shipment, by hand or with our Smart Wrapper.
• Load & Go: Safely load trucks, ensuring all cargo is secure for delivery.
• Stay Organized: Verify all documentation and help stock incoming freight to keep our warehouse running smoothly.
• Gear Up: Operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other warehouse equipment.
