The Fulfillment Team Lead is responsible for coaching and modeling service excellence in picking, staging, and order validation. This role involves responding to customer and associate questions, resolving issues, balancing service, administrative, and maintenance tasks with fulfillment responsibilities. The Team Lead uses the Orders App to pick, stage, and fulfill various order types, partners with the Pro Sales team, resolves escalated customer issues, supports inventory accuracy and shrink reduction, and ensures fulfillment areas are safe, organized, and compliant. Additionally, the role requires operating and maintaining certification for powered equipment and assisting with scheduling and communication of fulfillment priorities.
