Requirements

High School diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in Shipping and Receiving.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, such as Word and Excel.
Strong adaptability and willingness to learn new roles quickly
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Clear communicator with the ability to collaborate across teams

Nice To Haves

Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience preferred
Familiarity with Radio Frequency, preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide coverage and support across fulfillment roles, including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory control
Learn and maintain working knowledge of all fulfillment processes and systems (e.g., NetSuite, Ormandy, etc.)
Step into various roles during team member absences or high-volume periods
Assist with training new or transitioning employees by sharing best practices and supporting onboarding efforts
Monitor order flow and identify process inefficiencies or delays, escalating issues as needed
Ensure accurate handling and movement of inventory across all touchpoints
Collaborate with floor managers and team leads to prioritize urgent orders and resource allocation
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in all assigned areas
Perform other duties as needed to support the success of the fulfillment team
