Fulfillment Supervisor - Durham, NC Millennium Print Group (MPG), a subsidiary of The Pokémon Company International, is looking for a hands-on Fulfillment Supervisor to lead daily warehouse and order fulfillment operations in one of our Research Triangle Park facilities. This role is ideal for a people-first leader who thrives on the plant floor, values safety and quality, and knows how to keep teams aligned, productive, and accountable in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in fulfillment, warehousing, or distribution environments, including prior supervisory or lead responsibilities.
  • Experience working in fast-paced manufacturing or logistics operations with strong shipping, receiving, and inventory workflows.
  • Strong people leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Working knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS - Manhattan/Scale a plus), Microsoft Office, and standard reporting tools.

Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day fulfillment operations, ensuring accurate and on-time shipping and receiving activities.
  • Provide hands-on supervision, coaching, and mentorship to fulfillment team members on the floor.
  • Partner with the Fulfillment Manager to execute department goals, performance metrics, and operational improvements.
  • Monitor workflow, staffing, and schedules to support productivity, quality, and customer requirements.
  • Address and resolve operational issues using effective problem-solving and fact-based decision making.
  • Promote a safe, secure, and organized work environment through consistent adherence to safety and housekeeping standards.
