About The Position
As a Part-time Fulfillment Specialist at Fastenal, you will play a crucial role in delivering excellence by managing inventory solutions and overseeing our industry-leading vending program. This position is designed for individuals who thrive in a dynamic environment, as you will be responsible for servicing customer needs on a daily basis. Your primary duties will include making deliveries, performing replenishments of managed inventory programs, and maintaining equipment. This role is based at our branch located at 124 S Oak St, London, OH 43140, and offers a part-time schedule with shifts available from Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 5:00 pm, totaling up to 28 hours per week. In this position, you will be at the forefront of our innovative solutions, ensuring that our customers receive the best service possible. You will be tasked with making deliveries using a company vehicle, replenishing and maintaining vending equipment, and interacting with customers during your deliveries. Additionally, you will be responsible for placing and fulfilling orders at customer sites and performing other duties as needed to ensure the success of the branch. This role requires a proactive approach and a commitment to excellence in customer service, as you will be representing Fastenal in the field.
