A Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for managing the fulfillment process, including handling vendor orders and interactions, managing all outbound shipping and inbound receiving requirements, scheduling international logistics and transportation, facilitating quality assurance, and maintaining appropriate inventory for direct and indirect materials for fulfillment operations. Individuals in this role should be extremely detail oriented and possess excellent organizational skills. It is also an essential function of this job that they have the adequate ability to successfully load and unload shipping boxes. This is an entry level position. Hours may vary outside of a nine to five schedule.

Requirements

  • Fundamental knowledge or 1-2 years’ experience in Supply Chain, Warehousing, and/or Fulfillment
  • Excellent organizational skills, priorities management, and focus to complete tasks
  • Self-motivated, flexible, committed to follow through and can work well under pressure with associated deadlines
  • Has strong logistical skills, planning skills, and an eye for detail

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with team members to review and organize incoming delivery and outgoing shipment needs
  • Track documentations for customer orders, and maintain ERP data for inventory and order processing
  • Maintain accurate records and monitor inventory level
  • Regularly check, plan, and place orders with suppliers as needed
  • Maintain appropriate contact with suppliers and receivers to resolve any issues with shipments within a timely manner
  • Adhere to any protocols and SoPs related to fulfillment operations and quality assurance, as well as inventory management processes
