About The Position

Join our dynamic team at MSP Design Group. We take pride in our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction and are looking for someone to help us maintain that high standard. We are looking for a strong Fulfillment Specialist to join our Warehouse team. This role is located in Virginia Beach, VA and pay is $16-$18 /hr and is Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm with overtime as needed.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a fulfillment or receiving position
• Ability to use computer systems to track order fulfillment requests
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work on your feet, lifting up to 50lbs on a regular basis
• Ability to work overtime as needed

Responsibilities

• Fill order requests, stage merchandise, and prepare for timely shipments
• Prepare orders by processing requests, pulling materials, packing boxes, and placing orders in delivery areas
• Provide quality service by following organizational standards
• Preserves a safe and neat work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat
• Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned
