About The Position

As a Fulfillment Specialist for Super Bright LEDs, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. Your work will include various tasks including, but not limited to, box making, labeling, picking/packing orders, shipping/receiving, and replenishing. If you have excellent organizational skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

This is a part-time role working full 8 hour days Monday + two additional weekdays (8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, no weekends).

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
• Dependable and reliable
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
• Frequent lifting up to 25 pounds and occasional lifting up to 75 pounds
• Ability to climb a ladder and reach stock
• Frequent bending, kneeling, and reaching

Nice To Haves

• Experience with order fulfillment is desired, but not required

Responsibilities

• Receive and process customer orders in a timely and accurate manner.
• Pick and pack products efficiently, ensuring proper packaging for shipment.
• Collaborate with the inventory team to maintain adequate stock levels.
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure orders are accurate and free from defects.
• Ensure all processing areas are neat, clean, and organized.
• Report out of stock issues to the supervisor and restock bins from the warehouse.
• Assist in processing UPS and USPS shipments.
