About The Position

Acer America Corporation is a fast-paced, high-growth company located in the heart of downtown San Jose, CA. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Bilingual(English/Mandarin) Fulfillment Specialist with the required background and experience to take full ownership of this position.

Requirements

  • Bilingual (English/Mandarin)
  • Proven experience in fulfillment, logistics, or inventory management.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor inventory ladders, and coordinate with logistics for necessary pull-ins.
  • Handle PM sample requests, place engineer sample purchase orders (POs), and track shipment.
  • Manage Domo requests, inventory allocation, and shipping coordination, ensuring timely closure transactions.
  • Work with vendor to place POs, monitor inventory, and maintain the FCST file.
  • Conduct hub return reports, manage stock returns, and coordinate with hubs for re-boxing damaged boxes.
  • Perform daily inventory checks at LK/LA hubs.
  • Process daily order changes, update systems, and maintain accurate records.
  • Produce and analyze STA and inventory reports.
  • Review SKUs with sales operations.
  • Send out various inventory-related reports.
  • Supplier forecast review with Business Managers.
