As a Fulfillment Resolution Analyst at OneDigital, you will play a crucial role in ensuring data accuracy in cloud-based benefits administration tools through member enrollment audits. This position focuses on resolving discrepancies, maintaining compliance with HIPAA standards, and providing feedback to stakeholders based on audit findings. You will be the primary contact for the resolution lifecycle, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the enrollment process.

  • Perform member enrollment audits to ensure data accuracy in cloud-based benefits administration tools.
  • Complete audits in response to mismatches identified.
  • Research and resolve root cause issues from Fulfillment/Quality Assurance Generalist (Tier 1 Staff).
  • Work with carriers on retroactive, exception, or standard requests related to member-level eligibility.
  • Make corrections into the BenAdmin system to ensure that members are reflecting how they are enrolled with the carrier.
  • Maintain documentation per workflows, procedures, and protocols.
  • Provide feedback and guidance to business stakeholders based on audit discoveries.
  • Serve as the single point of contact for resolution lifecycle.
  • Ensure the protection and security of a consumer's personal, confidential and identifiable information in accordance with HIPAA standards.
  • Meet or exceed department goals as defined.
  • Complete other duties and projects as assigned.
  • Current life and health insurance license, preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years' cumulative experience.
  • Strong knowledge of D365 and Excel (V-lookups, Pivot tables, Advanced Formulas).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments at one time.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to handle high workload volume and meet demanding deadlines.
