About The Position

The Fulfillment Representative processes individual, bulk, and retail orders for customers of Cubic. The representative must follow all required processes and standards to ensure the accuracy and security of inventory and usage. This position typically works under close supervision and direction.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
  • Must be detail oriented and place high emphasis on accuracy and following established procedure.
  • Ability to work with fulfillment hardware/software for order completions.
  • Ability to reconcile inventory counts to report data.
  • Ability to prepare routine administrative paperwork.
  • Exhibits ability to read and interpret order reports and packing slips.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Ability to work with others as a team in a close environment.
  • Requires a minimum of 1-2 years of related experience.
  • Lifting items for incoming and outgoing deliveries will be required.
  • Must be able to lift 30 lbs.
  • This position will be required to work onsite.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in office administration, order fulfillment, packaging and shipping is desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Processes and fulfills orders using a variety of software and hardware.
  • Adheres to all inventory control processes and reporting requirements.
  • Prepare orders for shipping and creates shipping labels.
  • Performs physical counts of inventory and makes appropriate adjustments on inventory levels.
  • Performs end of day reconciliation of physical stock against various computer reports.
  • Performs routine administrative duties, including data entry and organizing courier pick-ups.
  • Assists in unloading boxed inventory from delivery trucks and organizes stock room.
  • Receives, unpacks and re-stocks items as necessary.
  • Tracks inventory movement and keeps accurate records.
  • Executes processes while adhering to internal policies and customer expectations.
  • Functional job rotations may be required.
