About The Position

We are a company that designs and produces high-end credit card packaging for financial institutions and premium brands. The Fulfillment Operator plays an important role in ensuring the accurate assembly and packaging of these products. This position involves tasks such as assembling boxes, printing and applying labels, verifying print quality, and packaging cards into finished mailers. The role is primarily seated with occasional periods of standing and requires repetitive hand movements. Candidates must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment where accuracy and consistency are critical. Due to the sensitive nature of our work and the high-security environment, all applicants must successfully pass a background check that includes criminal and credit screening as a condition of employment. Schedule 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM Sunday – Thursday Overtime or occasional Saturday work may be required based on production needs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable attendance
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new tasks
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment

• Basic computer skills are a plus

Responsibilities

• Assemble packaging boxes for credit card mailers
• Insert and package cards and materials into mailers
• Print, review, and apply labels to packaging
• Inspect labels and cards for printing or formatting errors
• Maintain a high level of quality control and accuracy
• Perform repetitive hand and arm movements throughout the shift
• Follow company procedures and security protocols
