The role of a Fulfillment Operations Team Leader can provide you with the skills and experience of guest service fundamentals and experience building a guest first culture on your team. The fulfillment team picks, preps, packs, sorts, and ships products safely, efficiently, and effectively to deliver convenience and quality for our guests. No two days are ever the same, but a typical day will most likely include responsibilities such as demonstrating a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience, leading your team and driving fulfillment goals, and ensuring all orders are fulfilled to meet delivery and service standards.

  • Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience.
  • Model, train and coach expectations to deliver the service standard.
  • Lead your team and drive fulfillment goals.
  • Utilize workload planning tools to ensure your team completes all scheduled workload.
  • Review fulfillment reporting to identify gaps and develop a plan to resolve.
  • Create daily plans for your team with direction from your leader.
  • Evaluate and recommend candidates for open positions.
  • Support your leader in their onboarding.
  • Establish clear goals around quality, accuracy, and timeliness.
  • Lead and demonstrate a safety culture.
  • Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pick up, and Drive up.
  • Model creating a welcoming experience by greeting guests.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
  • Previous retail experience preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to current technology needs.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Experience in a fast-moving, highly active and physically demanding role.
  • Ability to manage workload and prioritize tasks independently.
