Fulfillment Operations Supervisor
About The Position
Crafty is seeking an Operations Supervisor who will report directly to the Fulfillment Manager. The role is responsible for the day to day operations leadership for the fulfillment operations at our fulfillment center, as well as supporting our delivery associates in the field. The candidate will have the accountability for the safety, security, and quality of the fulfillment center and operations strategies to optimize efficiency and operational excellence for all elements of the role: delivery operations and fulfillment operations (warehouse inbound/outbound operations, inventory management). A successful candidate can articulate the operational performance to internal teams with specificity to budget, critical business metrics and overall operational review. This is a full-time, on-site role in our NYC fulfillment center, reporting directly to the Fulfillment Manager. Typical hours are Sunday 10:30 AM–7:00 PM and Monday through Thursday 12:30 PM–9:00 PM, though hours may fluctuate depending on business needs.
