About The Position
Babylist is looking for a Fulfillment Operations Supervisor, Day Shift for our brand-new fulfillment center in Commercial Point, Ohio! We're seeking a hands-on leader to guide a team of warehouse associates with energy and precision during our day shift operations. You’ll be responsible for executing day-to-day fulfillment workflows, leading and coaching your team, and maintaining a safe and productive environment. In this role, you'll assist with hiring and training, ensure operational excellence, and support continuous improvement across inventory movement, order fulfillment, and value-added services like kitting.
