The Operations Manager is a key leadership role within Cart.com's growing 3PL operation, which includes E-commerce and Wholesale customers. This position involves managing a multi-client operation, including Direct-to-Consumer (DTC), and overseeing supervisors within a 2.2 million sq ft facility located in Groveport, OH. The manager will be responsible for developing, supporting, and maintaining the resources and processes necessary to efficiently manage and improve Distribution Center (DC) operations, encompassing picking, packing, shipping, inbound receiving, and consolidation. The role requires a strong ability to motivate a performance-driven team and a commitment to customer service.
