About The Position
In this role you would be responsible for direct management of day-to-day operations of the Medicare Advantage Fulfillment Operation team. This requires strong leadership competencies to effectively manage the daily operations and activities needed in a fast paced, high performing culture. The Fulfillment Operations manager oversees a team responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of customer communications, including business requirements, testing, daily production activities, quality controls, reporting, issue resolution, process enhancements and vendor management. Success in this role requires strong organization skills, critical and analytic skills, and the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with matrix partners. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a passion and commitment to help establish and support department processes and protocols that support business goals and team needs.
