About The Position

We’re hiring a Fulfillment Operations Associate in Tarentum, PA to help keep products flowing accurately and on time. Schedule First shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM A Day in the Life You’ll start your day reviewing inbound deliveries, carefully receiving and inspecting items for quality and accuracy. Next, you’ll organize inventory, pick and pack customer orders with precision, and stage them for shipment. Throughout the day you’ll operate equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely, maintain a tidy, well-organized workspace, and partner with teammates to hit daily targets. If something looks off—an incorrect count, damaged product, or a mislabel—you’ll flag it immediately to your supervisor.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Experience in a warehouse or similar setting is helpful.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active for the duration of the shift.
• Keen attention to detail and the ability to follow detailed instructions.
• Basic computer skills for inventory lookups and simple data entry.
• Clear communication and a collaborative mindset.
• Flexibility to support different shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.

Responsibilities

• Receive, verify, and sort incoming stock to ensure counts and quality meet standards.
• Accurately pick and pack orders to meet deadlines and customer expectations.
• Safely operate material-handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) after proper authorization.
• Keep aisles and work areas clean and orderly to support safety and efficiency.
• Support inventory control through cycle counts and replenishment tasks.
• Contribute to team goals by communicating, coordinating, and staying focused.
• Report discrepancies, damages, or system issues promptly.
