The 2nd Shift Warehouse Fulfillment Manager will work in a fast-paced, high-energy warehouse, focusing on driving continuous improvement in safety, fulfillment goals, problem-solving, and team-building with Team Leads and warehouse associates. The manager will monitor reports to ensure hourly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met or exceeded. Requirements

  • Have at least three years of supervisory warehouse experience leading a team of 50 plus
  • Proven ability to lead, encourage, and coach employees to meet their production goals
  • Are highly reliable and responsible
  • Have excellent attendance and consistently meet goals and metrics
  • Bring a positive and respectful attitude every day
  • Working independently and as a part of a team
  • Want to be coached and given feedback to become their best self
  • Physically able to work 8 hours a day, standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 30 pounds, while keeping your body in constant motion
  • Authorize a background check
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
