The 2nd Shift Warehouse Fulfillment Manager will work in a fast-paced, high-energy warehouse, focusing on driving continuous improvement in safety, fulfillment goals, problem-solving, and team-building with Team Leads and warehouse associates. The manager will monitor reports to ensure hourly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met or exceeded. Requirements

Have at least three years of supervisory warehouse experience leading a team of 50 plus
Proven ability to lead, encourage, and coach employees to meet their production goals
Are highly reliable and responsible
Have excellent attendance and consistently meet goals and metrics
Bring a positive and respectful attitude every day
Working independently and as a part of a team
Want to be coached and given feedback to become their best self
Physically able to work 8 hours a day, standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 30 pounds, while keeping your body in constant motion
Authorize a background check
Legally authorized to work in the United States
