About The Position

We are seeking a highly organized and hands-on Fulfillment Lead to oversee our Kitting, Special Projects, and FBA Prep operations. This role is responsible for coordinating day-to-day project workflows, managing team members, ensuring accuracy and speed in all assembly and prep tasks, and maintaining high standards for quality and compliance—especially for Amazon FBA requirements. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced in warehouse or fulfillment environments with a strong track record of leading small teams and executing project-based work.

Requirements

  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to interpret project specs, SOPs, and customer instructions with high accuracy.
  • Comfortable working with warehouse systems (WMS), spreadsheets, and project trackers.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate and coach a team.

Nice To Haves

  • Amazon FBA prep requirements (labeling, poly-bagging, carton requirements, hazmat, etc.) knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate daily activities for the kitting, special projects, and FBA prep teams.
  • Review incoming project requests, scope of work, and timelines; assign tasks to ensure on-time completion.
  • Train team members on kitting procedures, Amazon FBA packaging/prep guidelines, labeling requirements, and quality control standards.
  • Oversee multi-step assembly processes—ensuring accuracy, proper documentation, and consistent workflow.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy for all components, finished goods, and project materials.
  • Work with operations leadership to optimize workflows, reduce bottlenecks, and improve efficiency.
  • Perform regular audits of completed work to ensure compliance with internal and customer requirements.
  • Communicate with internal teams regarding project status, delays, or resource needs.
  • Assist with hands-on operational work as needed during peak volume or complex projects.
  • Ensure workplace safety, cleanliness, and adherence to company policies.
