About The Position

The Fulfillment Lead (2nd Shift) at Golden Bolt is responsible for overseeing the order distribution process, ensuring shipment audits are conducted, and managing the fulfillment team to maintain a high standard of order accuracy and efficiency. This role involves collaboration with management to optimize procedures and create a positive work environment while ensuring that all orders are processed and packed correctly.

Requirements

• Experience working in a collaborative group environment as well as individually.
• Experience working with employment agencies (high volume).
• Deadline driven and resourceful with ability to take direction.
• Ability to communicate in a multicultural environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with management to relay team performance and optimize procedures in accordance with company policies.
• Lead fulfillment team members while creating a positive and professional work environment.
• Maintain consistent workflow by adhering to the order distribution process.
• Ensure the organization and effectiveness of the order desk and printing area.
• Meet effective and accurate goals set by the management team.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized fulfillment center.
• Resolve first-level operational issues and escalate them as necessary to the Fulfillment Manager.
• Responsible for various data entry.
