About The Position

The Fulfillment Human Resources Generalist will provide comprehensive HR support to Logistics associates, focusing on employee relations, performance management, recruiting, and onboarding. This role involves strategic partnerships with management at regional distribution centers and the Kroger corporate office to ensure effective communication of HR policies and compliance with regulations. The position also supports various HR projects and administrative functions, contributing to a positive workplace culture aligned with the company's core values.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience in HR related functions.
• 3 years of management experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Ability to build and maintain cooperative business partnerships.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and responsibilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• Experience with HR compliance and government regulations.
• PHR or SPHR certification.
• Experience in recruiting, training, coaching, and employee relations.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for Logistics associates regarding employee relations and performance management.
• Assist with recruiting, candidate selection, and onboarding processes.
• Partner with management to facilitate communication about HR projects and policies.
• Maintain compliance with federal and state employment regulations.
• Support the Total Rewards manager and HR director with HR projects and administrative functions.
• Provide guidance on compensation and ensure alignment with company compensation plans.
• Collect data on current facility processes and develop improved methods with stakeholder input.
• Provide training for leadership development programs and HR systems.
• Monitor compliance with I-9, FMLA, ADA, and EEOC regulations.
• Liaison with Kroger Accounting Service Center to complete HR projects.
