The Opportunity Reporting to the General Manager, you will manage a team that is responsible for ongoing facility maintenance and conveyors for the fulfillment center. You will work onsite in Ontario, CA and your responsibilities will include building operations and maintenance, uniformed security, dining services, housekeeping, office services, and employee store operations. Your Impact Maintain site including building and capital expenditure projects Direct the outsource relationship with vendors for dining services and housekeeping. Maintain relationships with property management liaisons. Plan and communicate major building projects. Responsible for financial budgets using forecasting tools. Implement CREWS responsibilities, including building operations and maintenance, uniformed security, dining services, housekeeping, office services, and employee store operations Ensure that all systems (electrical, mechanical and plumbing) perform at optimal levels following the law. Maintain statutory records, certificates and test certificates in an up-to-date and available fashion.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required, 5+ years' experience leading a facilities or maintenance team in a large-scale manufacturing or distribution environment.
  • Develop working knowledge of all areas of the organization and the ability to develop a clear understanding of our functional processes and resources.
  • Experience leading building operations and services.
  • Experience making decisions concerning the operation of facilities, the design implementation and operation of critical systems, and capital /expense management.
