About The Position
TAK Broadband is a leading end-to-end U.S. fiber broadband network construction contractor operating in 42 states. TAK’s ecosystem of partners allows it to successfully complete every project starting from the first point of conception. This includes engineering teams, distributors, and more than 100 qualified construction crews with extensive experience across all ISP types and markets; over 300 experienced bury drop crews; and more than 700 professional technicians. We are seeking a Fulfillment Dispatch to support our team in Houston, TX. We are seeking someone in this local area, but you will be able to work from your home office at this time. In this role, you will utilize internal systems and software to evaluate, identify, and provide feedback on technician routing, start times and production optimizations opportunities. You will also act as point of escalation for customer concerns and needs while building and fostering relationships with external business partners.
