About The Position

The supervisor will be responsible for assigning team members to activities, ensuring customer demands are met, and providing feedback and coaching to team members. The role also includes monitoring operational performance metrics, addressing any barriers to customer experience, and maintaining a focus on safety and security. The supervisor will drive efficiencies in front end and fulfillment activities, ensuring excellent customer service and proper staffing based on demand. Additionally, the supervisor will act as the Manager-on-Duty, providing leadership over the store and ensuring associates are prepared to deliver quality service.
