About The Position

About the Role: As a Fulfillment Coordinator, you will help process and pack orders, restock packing materials, interact with carriers, sort packages and support pharmacy staff in their daily activities. We want an individual who is passionate about improving patient health outcomes by changing the traditional pharmacy model for the better, and making access to medications simple and seamless through quality service. We are looking for a team player who is analytical, detail-oriented, adept at prioritizing, reliable, and has exceptional communication skills.

Requirements

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • WA Only Requirement: Must have a Pharmacy Assistant License.
  • Onsite Requirement: Must be able to commute to and work at the pharmacy location during scheduled shifts.
  • Tools: Experience using MS Excel, Google sheets or similar spreadsheet tools, and Slack.
  • Ability to multitask, and know how to prioritize in a constantly changing environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Industry Experience: Experience in fulfillment or distribution, preferably in a pharmacy or healthcare environment.
  • Tools: Familiarity with pharmacy management systems and fulfillment software.
  • Familiarity with regulatory standards for medication distribution.

Responsibilities

  • Efficiently package prescription orders with meticulous attention to detail, while maintaining accurate inventory of all packaging and shipping supplies, including cold chain items.
  • Contribute to daily pharmacy and office operations by maintaining a clean and organized workspace, assisting with inventory management, and supporting process improvement initiatives.
  • Manage interactions with third-party couriers and shipping carriers, ensuring timely package dispatch, troubleshooting issues, and making urgent deliveries when necessary.
