Job Vision: Our new Dallas Fulfillment Center is opening in 2026, we need a passionate Operations Manager to bring Cutter & Buck to Grand Prairie. Our Operations Manager will oversee, implement, and execute on all operations in the DFC. Travel to Seattle Fulfillment Center (SFC) and Headquarters offices regularly for the first year or more. The DFC Ops Manager will oversee the Embroidery, Inbound, AutoStore (a type of automated storage and retrieval system (ASRS) or robotic cube-based ASRS), Shipping, Inventory Control, and VAS teams in their daily mission of timely, quality and on-time accuracy of our marketing winning products. Job Summary: Accomplishes warehouse operations by recruiting, selecting, training, and coaching DFC leadership. Lead a safe work place including but not limited to, conduct operations in a manner that promotes safety, maintain a clean, neat and orderly work area, conduct operations in compliance with OSHA, and CTPAT standards and certification requirements. Meets warehouse operations by forecasting requirements, preparing budgets, and scheduling expenditures. Develops warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage. Manages warehouse operations by stock control, inventory management, and motivating employees. Develops warehouse design by planning layout, product flow, and product handling systems. Develops warehouse operations systems by analyzing process workflow and implementing changes. Achieves warehouse operations by contributing recommendations and following policies.

  • Experience in maintaining work levels in a fast pace work environment for self and staff.
  • Record of accomplishment of meeting or exceeding goals in sales organization with reputations for demanding high level results.
  • Systems Experience: Warehouse Management Systems (WMi or Infor WMS) or other warehouse management system.
  • Inbound Transportation Management
  • Inventory Management
  • SAP ERP/Infor ERP or similar ERP experience
  • Microsoft Office 365 products, including Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook

Nice To Haves

  • Customs compliance experience a plus
  • AutoStore experience or experience with similar automated storage and retrieval system (ASRS)
