As a On-Site Recruiter focused on hourly hiring, you’ll support full-cycle recruiting for our Commercial Point, OH fulfillment center, bringing in the team members, leads, trainers, and drivers who power Babylist’s operations. This is an on-the-ground, relationship-driven role where you’ll work closely with fulfillment leadership and local communities to build a steady pipeline of qualified candidates.You’ll drive 15–30 hires per month using Greenhouse, Slack, Google Suite, and AI-powered tools, getting creative with sourcing through job fairs, referral campaigns, and partnerships with workforce development organizations. This is a fast-paced, execution-focused role for someone who’s self-directed, knows how to prioritize, and collaborates effectively with fulfillment leadership, the Talent Team,Talent Ops, and the People Team. This role may not be a fit if your recent experience is primarily remote, corporate, or tech recruiting—we need someone who’s been on-site in warehouses, distribution centers, or manufacturing facilities within the last 3 years. If you thrive in hourly recruiting, enjoy working face-to-face with teams, and love building community connections, this role will energize you. You’ll be fully on-site for the first 90 days , then transition to a hybrid schedule (3 days/week onsite) .
