About The Position

Join our Staples World Class Supply Chain Team as a Fulfillment Center Team Manager, where you will play a crucial role in delivering essential products to our customers. In this position, you will partner with other managers to achieve three primary goals: delighting customers with outstanding service, driving cost efficiency through effective processes, and ensuring a positive experience for our associates. You will manage and motivate hourly associates to meet performance goals, productivity, accuracy, and quality control standards. Your leadership will be vital in planning daily, weekly, and monthly operations while collaborating with the Fulfillment Center Operations Manager to ensure compliance with all guidelines. Safety is our utmost priority, and you will be responsible for promoting safe work practices and fostering a safety culture within the team.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a comparable role.
  • Basic English language skills (verbal and written).
  • Ability to lift, lower, push, pull, or carry products up to 70 pounds by hand.
  • Must pass a criminal background check and drug screen.

  • Experience with Fulfillment/Distribution technology (e.g., WMS).
  • Demonstrated analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
